Service

Jack Joyner started providing service to Clearwater and surrounding areas since the age of 14 with Sunset Air Conditioning. In 1990, Mr. Joyner left to start his own company with just six people and three trucks. Today, Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning has Mr. Joyner's 55+ years of service to Clearwater, along with the knowledge and expertise of a veteran management and service staff.

Our service department is led by Craig Heman, Service Manager, who himself provides 30+ years experience. Working together with our service techs, we handle anything from light commercial and residential, to heavy commerical and industrial. Our capabilities and areas of expertise also include the installation and maintenance of automatic backup generators, chill water systems, hot water systems, boilers, ice storage, and cooling towers.

Rick Joyner oversees the controls department, designing and installing innovative and advanced control systems for our clients. We believe we have an advantage over other companies as our controls and service department work hand in hand to solve problems quickly and complete the jobs effeciently.
