| Chris Wilborn manages our residential division, sales and marketing. Bob Pasquali oversees residential installations. We have been a Trane Dealer since 1990. This division has received numerous awards from Trane for being in the top 10 in the state for sales and has received the Outstanding Achievement Award in 1994. Our residential crews have retrofitted and installed new systems in over 400 homes in the last ten years. Jack Joyner has been proud to be able to offer a residential division that can design, engineer and install systems in homes that range in size from a basic 1,000 square foot home to a 22,000 square foot mansion. | |

| If you are replacing your home heating and cooling system
this can be a major decision; one you don't want to make based strictly
on cost. You shouldn't replace just one part of your system. To get
the most efficiency and reliability get a complete matched system.
That means replace the indoor coil and furnace and the outdoor air
conditioner or heat pump. Those efficiency ratings you read about
are for matched systems. And since breakdowns usually occur at inconvenient
times ask your Jack Joyner sales representative about the financing
that is available for your new system. You may have cash or maybe
an ample line of credit at your bank but if not your Jack Joyner salesman
has some options which could make your system replacement easier.
Also, at certain seasons of the year there may be special financing.
