Jack Joyner started providing service to Clearwater and surrounding areas since the age of 14 with Sunset Air Conditioning. In 1990, Mr. Joyner left to start his own company with just four people and three trucks. Today, Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning has Mr. Joyner's 52 years of service to Clearwater, along with the knowledge and expertise of approximately 75 employees and a fleet of 48 vehicles.

Our service department is led by Craig Heman, Service Manager, who himself provides 34 years experience. Working together with 8 service techs, we handle anything from light commercial and residential, to heavy commerical and industrial. Our capabilities and areas of expertise also include the installation and maintenance of automatic backup generators, chill water systems, hot water systems, boilers, ice storage, and cooling towers.

Rick Joyner oversees the controls department, designing and installing innovative and advanced control systems for our clients. We believe we have an advantage over other companies as our controls and service department work hand in hand to solve problems quickly and complete the jobs effeciently.

Before the cooling/heating seasons, it is a good idea to have your system checked out by one of our service techs. Small problems can become bigger problems as your system continues to run. Just as your automobile needs regular maintenance so does your air conditioning system. You should clean or replace your air filters each month.
