Heat pump seemed to be working but we couldn’t get the heat to turn on. They sent out a service agent very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it swiftly. He was lovely to work with. I always feel that Jack Joyner is honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Jack Joyner Heating and Air conditioning for several years and have been provided with great service. This past week Jack Joyner's sent a technician to our home to do a preventative maintenance on our A/C unit. The gentleman's was "Sing", and he is terrific. Not only did he perform a thorough check of the unit, he found a defective fan motor and a damaged aluminum duct. He repaired the duct and contacted his office, while at our home so that a new motor could be ordered immediately. Sing's professionalism and customer relations are the epitome of a great employee. I definitely recommend Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning as they are extremely good at what they do. Further, I commend the company for having such an outstanding group of very professional employees.

We have used them for quite a few years to maintain and fix, when necessary, our central heat and air unit, so when the time came that we needed to replace the a/c unit, we asked them for an estimate and they gave us several great options. They came out and had the new unit in and working in 1 day. Great company, wouldn't used anyone else.

Tom Barton was efficient and quick. I've used JJAC to do our installation and and maintenance since the unit was new. We have always been pleased with the outcome.
